All steps to be done with a representative working with you.
➢ Determine Investment purpose IE: buy & hold, flip, or personal use.
➢ Determine target price range and desired amenities and other criteria
➢ Set up investment account with funds availability at Wells Fargo bank
➢ Review data and targeted properties with your representative
➢ Representative places bids for selected homes
➢ Upon successful (winning) bid, representative coordinates full payment to trustee
➢ Representative has property titled to you (your company or other entity you may direct)
