David BoydDAVID BOYD PRESIDENT & CEO has 15 years of business management experience including: sales force management, P & L control, risk management, operational & process management, ancillary profit center creation and providing vision & leadership.  Managing combined career sales of over $40 million dollars,  Mr. Boyd has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to create cohesive, successful teams and partnerships.


Mike SmithMIKE SMITH VICE PRESIDENT & CMO has over 12 years of successful real estate sales and marketing experience. Mr. Smith has excelled in representing both buyers and sellers to a successful real estate purchase or sale. He has run national and international marketing campaigns promoting the Phoenix market. He has also developed an effective nationwide network of real estate services that covers other real estate professionals, title & escrow services, construction and lending.


Steve ZimmermanSTEVE ZIMMERMAN TREASURER & CFO has over 23 years of business management and P & L control experience, including: sales, H.R. development, risk management, loss prevention, marketing and leadership.  Mr. Zimmerman has managed large corporate divisions with responsibilities for maintaining budgetary controls and driving profit margins.  He has had direct responsibility for 83 locations in 20 states and $25 Million in sales and has won sales & leadership awards.

Charles W. Carlberg President and CFO of Formcast, Inc. -Retired.  Mr. Carlberg graduated from Drake University Law School and later served as the senior managing partner of a law firm with a staff of twelve.  Mr. Carlberg provided asset management services to FADA, the asset management subsidiary of the FSLIC and the FDIC. He was also solicited to manage the Asset Management division of Capitol Federal Savings and Loan Association of Denver. In this capacity, he was responsible for the liquidation of a $130 Million REO portfolio. He also supervised all loan workout activities of a $450 Million portfolio of non-performing commercial banking, real estate and construction loans.  Mr. Carlberg has been responsible for the management of approximately $5 billion dollars of commercial real estate located throughout the Western and Southern United States.

Michael F. Coiro Senior Vice President & Principal Examiner, Wells Fargo & Co. is a career banker with over 30 years of credit and risk related experience.  Presently a principal examiner with Wells Fargo Bank, having served in similar roles with Bank of America and Security Pacific Bank.  Has an extensive and well-rounded background in consumer and commercial portfolio risk analysis and examination.  Michael has served on process improvement and merger transition teams.  Received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.

William Ranes Chairman of Ranes and Company, Inc., a private investments holding company headquartered in Denver, Colorado, and also serves as Chairman and Managing Director of Ranes Commercial Real Estate in Newport Beach, California. After beginning a career in banking in 1975 with a precedent of Wells Fargo, he spent two years with the real estate development subsidiary of a large, midwest-based construction company where he was responsible for 250 million dollars of development projects (senior housing). Returning to banking, he held nearly every lending position from Leasing Officer to Chief Executive Officer, Banking with such companies as Central National Bancshares (now Bank of America), Affiliated Midwest Bancs (now U.S. Bancorp) and HBE. He has also acted as a special consultant for lending problems to Financial Acceptance Corporation (now Wells Fargo) and the Northern Trust Company (NorLease, Inc., Chicago). He is a graduate of the Governor's Program for Management Development at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin, and has completed post-graduate studies in real estate and economics at the University of California, Berkeley. He studied law, arbitration and mediation at the University of Texas, School of Law, Austin and the University of London (LLB). He did his undergraduate work at the University of  Iowa in Iowa City. He is currently in private practice in Los Angeles specializing in banking, construction, maritime and real estate disputes.

Dr. Richard W. Hansen Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning for United General Title Insurance Company, received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. He was a professor of marketing at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University from 1972-1998 and also served on the faculties at three other universities -- Wisconsin (Madison), Florida State and Arizona. In addition to his academic career, Dr. Hansen is a well-known business consultant whose clients include Ford Motor Company, Honda, Texas Instruments, Prudential Realty Group, Fannie Mae, Yamaha, Chicago Title and Chicago Trust. He is also the author and co-author of numerous research articles.
